Dear Simulators,

The McXtrace team wishes you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New year.

The plan was to give you all a nice christmas present in the form of a 
the release of McXtrace 1.2. Alas - this is going to have to wait until 
the new year, as some imporant bits are still missing.

The next release will have (among other things)
- A homogenized behaviour of Source components.
- A revised and updated manual
- New contributed components and instrument examples
- Generalized lens components
- revised implementation of output routines (aimed at supporting 
NeXus/hdf5 output)
- and more...

We aim for a release in January 2014.
