Message-ID: <55968F45.1080408@fysik.dtu.dk> Dear all, After months of waiting we have finally arrived at McXtrace release 1.2. This release is highly focused on consolidating the models included in McXtrace. It has a much better and simpler installation procedure and also sports a vastly improved manual set. Some new features are present, mainly in the sources section where we have built components that can import results from SPECTRA, Simplex and GENESIS 13. The latter two facilitates ray-tracing of FEL-pulses through beamlines. Please head on over to www.mcxtrace.org to get your own copy! Happy simulating! Exercise contributes enormously to a healthy lifestyle and the benefits to living longer and reducing the risk of developing serious health conditions are well documented. According to Sport England Active People survey 55.6% of adults in England met the physical activity guidelines whilst 28.9% of adults were classified as inactive. Younger people are more likely to be achieving the recommended levels than older people which supports the theory that inactivity increases with age. However, despite the evidence, it is estimated that 50% of women and a third of men in England are compromising their health and life expectancy through a lack of physical activity, at a cost of 7.4bn per annum. Worryingly only 25% of girls and 32% of boys are meeting the recommended levels of exercise to maintain a healthy life.
