[mcxtrace-users] I need help!

Hi!
Why is your support from McXtrace low? I asked my question from another email and you didn't answer. I also asked question from Mr Knudsen and Farhi and they didn't answer me. If you don't want to answer, please tell me!
my question is this: 
when I open MAXX11_711.instr , it is not possible to check the plot
 result (figure 1). although Matlab is installed on my system, when I 
press start, the simulation will not be plotted and just a window 
opens.(figure 2). 

I can not create the c file in my favorite 
folder. when I determine the path in "out put to (dir)" blank(figure 3),
 several .DAT file is produced in the path.(figure 4).
