[mcxtrace-users] [Neutron] Reopening for poster abstracts to ICNS2025

Dear all,

For your information, the ICNS conference in Copenhagen / Lund has reopened its poster abstract submission, see below email from Kim Lefmann.

Please also keep in mind that there is an ICNS simulation sattelite - mostly neutron-oriented but X-ray contributions are of course also welcome. :-)

(Registration for this satellite is independent from ICNS itself - and will remain open also until ~ end of May.)

Dear fellow neutron scatterers,

As of today, we are 675 registered participants for the ICNS2025, 6-10 July in Copenhagen and Lund. However, we can still accept around 200 more.

Due to this, and a number of concrete requests, we reopen the call for poster abstracts for ICNS2025; Please submit the abstract at our home page https://icns2025.org/ latest 26 May, 23:59 CET.

There is still support available for students with Nordic affiliations that present a poster or a talk. We now also open this call for post docs with Nordic affiliations. Deadline for both categories is 26 May, 23:59 CET. You apply for the funds by ticking a box in your profile on the abstract submission page, regardless if you already paid the fee. In case of too high demand, we make a random draw.

Hope to see you all at the conference,

on behalf of all organizers,
